Ajegbomogun Damilola is a graduate of the University of Lagos (UNILAG). with a B.A. with Honours in Creative Art.

Growing up, he was hungry for a dialogue that centered around intention, style, and feelings. When he eventually decided to dive into painting, he was trying to find an answer to the questions this dialogue provoked. Damilola's main interest lies in human emotions and their expression. His ultimate goal is to create art that brings these feelings to life. Through his work he investigates how a single brush mark can evoke a certain intensity and the idea of authenticity.

The artist currently lives and works in the Ogun State of Nigeria.
