Dalia Utiu received her Master's degree in painting from the University of Arts and Design in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. 

In her work, the artist depicts the despair that forms in her most inner being, providing a canvas for personal struggle and her desire to be heard. Utiu brings these emotions to the surface, hoping to both find and comfort her deepest self.

Hope is another prominent element in her work. Something that can be seen only by displaying its abandonment. Hope is more than a concept to the artist, it forms the underlying layer of her work. 

The artist currently lives and works in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
